One of Lovett.law’s core values is: Take care of the client and the rest will take care of itself. If you’ve been injured on the job, you can count on our workers’ compensation lawyers to complete your paperwork, communicate with the insurance company, help you get the right medical care and make sure you receive compensation while you are out of work.
Most importantly, we fight to ensure you receive all the benefits you’re entitled to. That’s how we take care of our clients.
WHY DO I NEED A WORKERS’ COMPENSATION LAWYER?
Workers’ compensation laws were designed to enable injured workers to receive prompt medical treatment and compensation for lost wages. However, it doesn’t always work that way. Employers and insurance companies frequently deny injured workers’ requests for damages. That’s why it benefits you to have someone on your side protecting your best interests.
Our workers’ compensation attorneys have the resources and experience it takes to win, and we’re committed to fighting injustice. If you’ve been injured on the job, don’t wait to ask for help and don’t get pushed around by your employer. We’ve helped thousands of people in Massachusetts get the help they needed, and we’re here to help you.
CAN I AFFORD A WORKERS’ COMPENSATION LAWYER?
Yes, you can afford a lawyer who cares. We provide all our services related to Workers’ Compensation claims on a contingency basis, which means we do not earn any fees unless you succeed in getting compensation.
Our lawyers and staff care about you. We understand no one goes to an attorney because things are going well. We make hospital and home visits to people who cannot travel.
